    Good product

I have used other light therapy devices and I really like this one because you don’t have to do multiple passes all over your face to make sure you’re getting everything. It’s large enough so it gets your whole face. I got this in July of 2025 and haven’t had any quality issues. It is made of plastic and pretty light weight so when I first got it I was surprised and felt like it was a little bit cheap but it gets the job done and I have had 0 issues with the cord or the actual construction of the product thus far.If you want results with light therapy you should use it consistently. It’s not a miracle product likely because you are not making direct contact with the skin, but it definitely helps as maintenance. I notice a difference if I stop using it for a week because I am traveling or otherwise busy. For this reason I do travel with it and I think it is very easy to travel with.It is 3 minutes per cycle. I always use the third setting because each light seems to be individual so even if you chose a different setting, only a portion of the lights would turn on with their designated color, so might as well just get the most benefit.

    Actually improved skin/blemishes/acne

I have been using this panel for almost 3 months now and can confidently say that this product has worked for me. Most of my adult life, I have had acne/blemishes/cysts on my back that have been persistent and impossible for me to get rid of – until now. Prior to this panel, the only ways I have been able to “treat” this at all was one of the following ways:- in a very difficult way, attempt to scrub with a salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide acne wash using a loffah- in a very public, embarrassing way, attempt to get plenty of natural sunlight (while also trying to avoid a sunburn)- intake medium dosages of Vitamin A (this is essentially what accutane/isotretinoin does in higher doses), however this is not medically safe for most people and has a litany of side effectsUltimately, all of the above methods were fruitless for me and lead to me essentially giving up on trying any other ways to clear the skin on my back. As anyone with genetic skin problems will tell you, you will have “good” weeks and “bad” weeks – basically, without any outside conditions changing, you will notice your skin clear up and then become very broken out in a cyclical nature. This happens ad nauseum and to no end. It is very frustrating. If you experience cystic acne, it is very physically painful. It is mentally damaging, it will effect your self-image. I could keep going, but anyone reading this review experiencing what I’m describing has probably seen enough. This panel is 100% the only thing I have used that has been convenient, easy and effective. It’s that simple. Yes, it is expensive – however, when compared to all the other failed attempts I’ve made in terms of both time and monetary value, this is a bargain knowing what I know now. When using this panel on the blue-light LED settting for 15-minutes per side of my back (in 3 minute increments) every day – I saw significant results within 2-3 days. I have continuously been using the panel as I just described for the past 3 months and have continually noticed the results are always improving. Again, I cannot recommend this product enough. My only complaint is that I didn’t purchase one sooner or just know about its existence much earlier in my life.

Amazing product, easy to use, positive results immediately! Love it!

I have been using the RiVive Light Therapy for 10 days now, and am amazed at the difference in my complexion. Blemishes cleared, pores tightened, sun damaged skin feels smoother. Just 3 minutes, 3 times a day showed immediate improvement just the first day and continued improvement in the days following. While I was hesitant to purchase the product, due to the price, it is a quality product, easy to use in the comfort of my own home, and will save money over going to a salon for similar treatments. Highly recommend!

    Great!

The media could not be loaded.

Highly recommend, only downside is that you have to have it plugged in to an outlet. So you can not be on the go around the house hands free!

    Skin Saver

I’ve been using this light therapy device for almost a month now. I have other light therapy devices however this one called to my attention because of the versatility of it and the amount of coverage you can get from the device. I can honestly say if you stay consistent it does help your skin improve. My breakouts where to the point where they where painful and no matter what I did skincare wise etc it just was not budging. I believe this has made a difference in my skin. I will attach photos (first picture taken 4/29 and the other as of today 6/1) as proof although honestly it makes me uncomfortable to know my skin looked that bad. But progress is progress and although this device is a huge investment maybe it might help someone else. I was also able to purchase this with my FSA/HRA/HSA card which was amazing. Also make sure you sign up for the warranty through Revive just in case since it is an expensive item!

Will fall apart within the first year.

I have been very careful with my product and the hinge has already started to fall apart. The inside of the hinge started to completely come out the top of the device causing the hinge to break apart. The company kind of makes its a hassle to try to get it fixed within their warranty. This is there official policy on something that doesn’t last within the one year warranty “The warranty process consists of you sending the device in and inspection is completed and its deemed defective due to manufacture issues only it will be replaced/ repaired, and we will cover the shipping cost to send it back. All the shipping expenses are customers responsibility to have it sent in, and the RMA warranty resolution takes between 2 to 4 weeks. ” should be higher qualify for the price. Also I hate that it turns off after only 3 mins. You have press that button so many times just to get one 9 min session.Update: Here is the sellers official response to this issue;”Per quality assurance, after reviewing your picture: Warranty covers manufacturer defects. It does not cover damages caused by accident or misuse. The only way the pin comes out, is to open the panel as it is a tablet, which will pop the pin out.”I have been very careful with this item and it still fell apart. you might want to spend your money elsewhere.

Hold it on your face or what??

The directions state to hold device right up to your face so device is touching your face. However all the advertising photos are holding it like several inches from their faces? It is super deceiving in my opinion.

    Easy and relaxing

This is lightweight, handy, and simple. Comes in a carrying bag with eye covers and a power cord that you can keep all together, has only 1 button that you hit to cycle through the different light combinations and choose the one you want. I was worried I’d get tired holding it up in front of my face, but I just snuggle back in bed with some pillows and prop my elbows on the bed, holding it open like a book while listening to a podcast and I barely notice it. It automatically turns off after about 3 minutes, so I run it about 3 or 4 times in one sitting. I notice my face tingles a little after treatment, and I generally feel happy and upbeat afterwards, like after a trip to the beach. Hopefully it works, but either way it’s a nice experience. I’m curious about using it for aches and pain as others reviewers have done, luckily I don’t need that now.

    I’m pleasantly surprised!

Wow, so I was nervous about getting this for the price, but I used my FSA account and got it on Prime Day for less. It really helps the scarring fade on my face from acne. I’m 50 and still get acne, some of it is hormonal, some is from having to wear a mask for over a year at work due to pandemic. The goggles are not that great at blocking out light so I have been experimenting with what else I can put over the goggles – they are not that comfortable either. I also tested it out on some muscle pain. This is anecdotal but I think it would help provide some relief for several hours. My cat also enjoys it, this is not anecdotal. She runs over when I turn it on and wants some light. It will heat up – so the first few times you use it might take some adjusting.
